In 2008 Düzgit invested in a new shipyard in the recently rising shipbuilding district of Turkey, i.e. Yalova, 20kms Southeast to Tuzla.

Yalova shipyard area Is located in Yalova new shipbuilding industry area in Yalova, which is abt 1,5 hour driving from Istanbul. Yalova new shipbuilding industry is considered to be the biggest shipbuilding area of Turkey in close future.

Steel workshop: 16.000 Sqm
Steel Production Capacity (Annual): 25.000 MT
Maximum size of vessel which can be built: 250 MT Length or 120.000 DWT
Maximum Size Of Vessel Which Can Be Built Indoors: 100 M
